The residence will remain open all year for your holiday to Lake Maggiore.

Booking:
Guaranteed immediate confirmation by use of credit card.
No cancellation fee if booking is cancelled 30 days before arrival date.
In case of cancellation between the 29th and the 7rd day prior to arrival will be charged a penalty equal to 20% of the total amount of the stay.
In case of cancellation after the 7rd day prior to arrival or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Weekly booking:
We advise you to program your arrival and departure for either Saturday or Sunday.
